Veterinarians tend to be really disorientated regarding business and the management of it. Dr. Ackerman shows a lot of interesting and useful principles, written with the best services marketing theoretics in mind, in order to overcome such disorientation.
In other words, the author knows what he's writing about. You will not regret buying this book by a long shot. |
