About the Author

Trainer and consultant Steve Chandler, the author of 14 books, is a guest faculty lecturer at the University of Santa Monica. Duane Black is COO and executive vice-president of a housing development company with more than 150 employees.

David Snyder owns a human resources consulting practice and is also the author of How to Mind-Read Your Customers.

Terry Beck is a sales performance consultant who has worked with several Fortune 100 companies. He worked with Xerox Canada where he was National Sales Trainer and winner of the President's Club and Sales Rep of the Year awards.

Karen Berg is a communication and presentations expert. She trains individuals to make strong oral presentations in business meetings, at shareholder events and on the witness stand.

Charlie Hawkins is a professional communications consultant for Vistage International.

Roger Dawson is a leading expert in negotiating. As a full-time speaker since 1982, he has trained executives, managers and salespeople in the U.S., Canada, Asia and Australia. He was inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame in 1991.
