Book is very simple. If you have any exposure to the business world, this will be easy ad simple to understand. Good points and gives simple business communication tips.

Great product. I bought a used book, but it was like new. It had no marks, no tears,and no highlights. I was very satified with my book and the money that I paid for it. The shipping of the product was not bad at all. Thanks AMAZON!!

I bought this book for a class I am taking. I saved almost $20 over the bookstore price, between the price and S+H. I Went with standard shipping which says it can take upto 14 days. I was a little nervous it would take a long time, but it was here in less than a week, 5 days I think, with a weekend in there. Thanks Amazon and Woodys Books.
