This book is written very well and will make your course go a little more smoothly. It doesn't use long words that you must then look up to understand. I was also shocked that Amazon was cheaper than elsewhere on the web.

Review of Kindle version:
I just returned the Kindle edition because it is not the 656 page Business Communications text book! Instead, I received a 45 supplemental text! (Amazon provided a full refund, but they need to correct this error.)

This is great product and I would recommend anyone in business to purchase this book. This is very useful for any college student.

I got the book in good time. It was like brand new. The book covers some grammar but gives you the ins and outs of mailing, emailing, and oral communications in a business environment. Excellent book.

I had asked for expedited shipment and I got my book right on time at the earliest time that was possible; GREAT SERVICE.

The book was in a good condition; although it had a bit more markings than what I expected it really is not a big deal.
My biggest complaint and issue with this transaction is that, rather than the usual edition of the books that students purchase, the "Instructor's Edition" of this book was shipped to me. It is illegal to sell the "Instructor's Edition" of books as it is explicitly stated on the back cover: "NOT FOR SALE, This textbook has been provided free for an instructor to consider for classroom use. Selling free examination copies contributes to higher prices of text books for students."
No where in the product description it was clearly stated that this was an "Instructor's Edition" or I wouldn't have purchased it. My instructor was shocked when he saw this copy in my hands and said that I was lucky since he wasn't going to pull any tests directly from the book or I wouldn't be allowed to use it!
I cannot even resell the book, once I am through with my course because first of all this book is not for sale! Besides, the next user is going to run into the same issue as I did. This is not right!

I HAVE USES MY BOOK TO WRITE PAPERS. ITS THE AS ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BOOK. BUT THIS ONE WAS CHEAPER THAN BUYING IT FROM THE BOOK STORE.
