It was worth taking the risk, the book is in perfect conditions. I will be purchasing all my books @ Amazon.com from now on. I wish I had done it before, I would have saved hundreds of dollars.

like mentioned in its subtittle the book arrived very quick and packaged so there wounldnt be any mishaps to the textbook plus the book came in brand new amazon has a great service!!!!!!!!i usually buy my books from them....

This book is completely overpriced, but what else is new for college textbooks? This book gave some good information on how to write business communications like reports, proposals, memos, and more. It also contained some good etiquette tips to follow when using e-mail or other less formal communication tools. The resume writing section was particularly helpful for me.

The condition of the book was not LIKE NEW. Pages were bent and you can tell the book was used.

The book was sent and receive in great time. However I was not to satisfied with the condition of the book. I guess I am used to when it says Very Good condition it would look a little newer. The book is usable, but the pages are just a little on the used side to be saying Very Good.

I bought this book, but it is wrong edition. I would like to return it. I did send email to seller for couple weeks, but i did not get any response.
That make me so confuse.
