About the Author

Mary Murray Bosrock is a writer, lecturer, and well-known expert on cross-cultural communication.  As former international editor of Foreign Trade magazine, Mary has worked and traveled in countries all over the world.  She is a popular radio, and television guest, appearing on CNN, CNBC, Fox News, and the A&E Network, among others.  Mary is an adjunct assistant professor in the Masters of International Business School at the University of St. Mary’s.  She also serves on the board of Africa Calls Today, the American subsidiary of the Damietta Peace Initiative.

Some of the etiquettes mentioned in this book are common sense. If only people are more tolerant towards other people's cultures and apply common sense, then there won't be huge miscommunication.
