After reading Michael McGrath's previous decision-making books, I anticipated his new book about business decisions to be helpful as well. I was pleased to read even more historical examples than I expected, and I learned hands-on techniques I could apply in all types of situations. Michael's style of writing makes it easy and enjoyable to read while providing many great perspectives for how we approach our decisions, and better yet... how to make the best decisions possible. A must-read!

I picked up this book after reading the previous one in the series designed for college students for my son who just entered college. I thought the college book was really useful, and I wasn't disappointed with this one. It is simply fantastic. I'm going to buy three more copies of it for my coworkers.

When a coworker gave me a copy of Business Decisions, I thought that there was no way that there would be anything useful for me in it. Boy how I was wrong! I honestly can't believe all of the useful information, lessons, and scenarios in this book that are applicable to my job. Business Decisions aren't only made by the top executives in a company - they're made by employees at all levels of a company. Little did I know that was the case. I definitely recommend this book for everyone.

Very good resource. I had read Michael's previous book and expected the same good resources and timely advice. Michael lays out techniques and best practices in an easy to understand manner, with helpful advice. Timely discussion on how a lot of the big companies failed. Michael lays out good advice on making business decisions designed to keep a company out of major failure. Wish some of the major business had read before the collapse.

You know, I think I underestimated this book when I started to read it. Almost from the minute I picked it up, there were just so many tips that were useful for me to improve my decision making. I had never realized that there were so many ways to improve my decision making skills, but this book has shown me that there's no limit to how much I can make my decisions more effective. This book is great for anyone looking to make themselves a better place in their business.

If this book had been out prior to the financial collapse of 2008 -- the U.S. economy and many of its leading companies might be in a different place. He also shares his years of decision-making expertise on how to make the tough decisions correctly while weighing risks. This is something that has never been more critical than right now.
