I ordered this book then a few days later realized it was not what I needed asked him to cancel the order and almost a month went by before he decided to send it so my class was already a month over and I had to get the book at the bookstore. I finally received a pkg and returned it almost 2 weeks or so ago and have yet to get a refund. I would really like my refund as I paid promptly and asked you not to ship it.

The product I ordered was an exercise book for Math. When I received the product it seemed, on outward appearance, to be the condition stated in the book description on Textbookspro. Unfortunately, when my sister opened the book to perform exercises for her math class, I was dissappointed to find that there were half of the exercise question pages missing which was a vital piece to the book. I think this should have been clearly indicated on the description. Even though I was very unsatisisfied with the product I purchased, it would have cost me more money to return the book than it cost me to purchase so I just kept it.
