It comes with every kind of form you will need. Each form is accompanied with explainations on how to use them. It also comes with the forms on disk so you can modify them. I am sure i will not use every form in here, but they are there if I need them. A good buy for sure.

I haven't even gotten a third through this, but the book is not only nearly compulsively comprehensive, but it lays out the forms you need in the order you'd need them with short essays on how to approach contracts/forms and agreements with clients.
Whether or not you've taken a copyright/legal side of design course, you should pick up this book.
The CD in the back is also incredibly useful for editing these forms to suit your needs.
