This volume covers many aspects of church life. Some are more helpful than others. But it makes a good reference tool when an opinion on a particular area of church management is necessary. It is not the definative answer on any topic but provides insights that can inform process, procedures and directions management can take.

Excellent resource for those involved in Church Administration or looking to be more effective in this area of service. Topics broken down in chapters give clear and concise outlines of the basics of: budgeting, leadership, accounting, tax and finance.

This book provides a clear outline of the basics of Church Administration. The chapters are organized clearly by topic. Each topic addresses the needs of the local church in a manner that introduces these needs and defines them appropriately. I found it to be very helpful and useful.

This book shows all the nuts and bolts of organizing the administration of a church.
