Florence Isaacs does a masterful job of informing the business professional of the incredible importance and influence of notes. Notes are the bridges between professional relationships, and can determine the future of your business. Whether it be a thank you note for the previous day's lunch, the birth of an employees child, even the kind of pen to use, Isaacs covers everything you need to know about writing successful business notes. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to take their business relationships to the next level.

I loved this book! It is a valuable reference for anyone in the business world and would make a wonderful gift for anyone entering into corporate America. The author demonstrates how a few simple sentences can help cultivate & maintain important business relationships for years to come. I will keep this one in my personal library for as long as I am employed!

I have many other books but this is the one I go back to time and again. How-to books in my library are used as inspiration and guidance for writing sound notes. I've found this book to be an outstanding source. Actually, I have the hard copy and the Kindle version :)
