I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to take their business relationships to the next level.

I loved this book! It is a valuable reference for anyone in the business world and would make a wonderful gift for anyone entering into corporate America. The author demonstrates how a few simple sentences can help cultivate & maintain important business relationships for years to come. I will keep this one in my personal library for as long as I am employed!

I have many other books but this is the one I go back to time and again. How-to books in my library are used as inspiration and guidance for writing sound notes. I've found this book to be an outstanding source. Actually, I have the hard copy and the Kindle version :)
