He holds a Doctor of Law with Distinction from the Cornell Law School and held the positions of Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the University of Denver College of Law.

I really like this corporate law textbook. Very readable and easy to understand with simple examples which help you to remember definitions and concepts. I have been required to purchase textbooks for other paralegal classes which were so poorly written that the teacher never even referred to them; what a waste of money! Not so with this book! I plan on keeping it on my bookshelf long after my corporate law class is done!

I'm using this book as a textbook for paralegal studies. It is exhausting reading, with something of a tendency to inundate one with too much detail before the big-picture gets explained. It would help to have a comparative chart of the different types of organizations.
