Praise for Buskers

"From the minute I met these guys, I knew they had something special. Heth and Jed’s attitude towards getting music to the people without a label and major financing was way ahead of its time. It’s been exciting to watch from the sidelines as they take their career to new heights. Follow the story of how they became a well-oiled machine in the subways and streets of NYC, and then check out a gig for yourself." —Jamie Candiloro, Record Producer

This book tells the story of two brothers journey through their childhood to adulthood. Sharing stories of how music was and is a huge part of their blood and life and all the experiences that led them to eventually Busk out on the streets of New York. It's written by both of them with a dialog that has a rhythm in its own sense. I could not put the book down as each story kept me wanting to know what happened next. The characters introduced in the book were described with such vividness that I felt as if I new them. I would definitely recommend this book; when you are finished you'll feel like you know these guys, and you'll have an understanding about the passion artists have and to what extent they will go through to be able to express their message, soul and share it with the world.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Heth and Jed's unique journey. They have had some wild experiences during their musical quest. I think everyone will enjoy reading about them growing up in NJ while also being around some musical legends and their busking experiences on the streets of New York. I love their music, so this book gave a little peek into how they have evolved into who they are today.

This book is a revelation; a look at a world little seen and much misunderstood. The struggles, the ups and downs and perils of determined music makers.
