Very, very easy to install. I was able to install the product on two laptops in under 4 minutes flat with no issues. Works great with both ME and Win98. I have had the product now for over a week and it's been great. It doesn't like to be attached to an expansion port however(it hangs on the shutdown process). I would suggest a direct connection.

BUSlink is FANTASTIC!! I bought a BUSlink drive and accidently saved some corrupt files that destroyed my drive. Tech support went above and beyond and not only saved my existing drives, but stored it in brand new drive at no Cost!!!! I'm definitely a customer for life, and the drive is running smoothly with no problems, it's the most positive customer experience I've ever had, Thanks!

I have had no problems at all with my Buslink! I am in the service and take it to the ship with me quite frequently. It is rugged, and durable enough to withstand the topsy turvy life at sea and the evils of baggage handlers. I have had excellent performance and am extreamly happy!
