Ali Cudby is the CEO of Fab Foundations™ LLC. Ali's bra fit advice goes to tens of thousands of consumers and industry professionals - each month. In addition to her writing, Ali works closely with manufacturers and retailers, studying buyer behavior, technological innovations in lingerie, and marketing opportunities. Ali's expertise as a bra coach began with her own journey. As a full-busted woman, she spent her early bra-wearing years miserable when shopping in the lingerie department, as she was never able to find bras that fit properly. In 2004, on a fated trip to England, Ali joyfully discovered the world of pretty bras beyond a DD-cup. The advice given in this book led me to finding a bra, that for the first time since I developed fully around age 15, actually fits me properly. And 16 years later -- My back pain is gone. My shoulder doesn't kill me after being on the computer for hours at a time. I can stand up straighter, more comfortably (and I'm a yoga teacher for goodness sake!) And for the first time in my life, I feel like I have cute perky breasts that I'm proud to show off through slimming tees and other kinds of tops I could never wear before! From a totally sloppy fitting 36D to a 30-32E (who knew this size even existed?), this is a true transformation for me. Confidence is soaring. Get. This. Book.

Whatever your bra size, Busted! has relevant information you can and will use. This book will help you understand how to take control and become your own best bra fitting expert. Ali Cudby's body-positive perspective is refreshing in an industry that can be critical of women's bodies to the point of hostility.
Cudby's sensitive, straightforward and well-researched book reads like a letter from your big sister. She gives women credit for knowing what feels right and what doesn't, acknowledging that there is no universal formula for bra fitting that works for everyone. But the advice she does provide is the kind of information every woman should have. Next time you go bra shopping, make sure you bring a copy of Busted! along for reference. It is an indispensable, intelligent work on a subject that has confused and frustrated too many of us for way too long. If you've ever felt this way about bras, take heart: Busted! will put an end to your dread of bra shopping.

Who better to write a book on finding the proper bra for your body than someone who has been through the struggle herself! Best book on the market for helping women find a bra that won't drive them crazy with discomfort. I have found the brands suggested in the book to be tried & true and the method for fit to work well. Before you go out to replenish your undergarment supply, READ THIS BOOK!!! Will be ordering multiple copies to give to friends!!! Found the Author's blog- fabfoundations.com! Definately worth the read.
