5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Recipes and they are quick!
I love this book. I have tried at least 5 recipes, and they are absolutely wonderful. My teenagers even like the veggie dishes. If you are busy, need recipes quick, then please get this one. It is definitely a 5 star!

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
I got this book from the library because I have a picky family and wanted some alternatives to the weekly meat and potatoes menu. The book had some interesting recipes, some that I would say are too grown up for kiddie palates (gazpacho???? my husband won't even eat that!) The book had some interesting recipes, some that I would say are too grown up for kiddie palates (gazpacho???? my husband won't even eat that!) Overall I would say that if you are a busy mom with sophisticated kids that will eat tomatoes, garlic and lemon shrimp, and beef and cabbage then by all means this is the book for you. If you're anything like me, however, this will be a total waste of your money.
