Eminently readable,

This review is from: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (Paperback)
This is an example of what screenwriting should be. The writing here is very readable and descriptive. It is as if Goldman wrote a novel and then somebody formatted it as a screenplay. And it works both as reading and as a representation of a film. If you are a fan of the film (or of Goldman), you owe it to yourself to find out what a great writer he is. |
