Both these films are fun and uplifting! I have to admit I had never seen the Butcher Wife until I received this dvd. I ordered it because it was the only way I could get the movie Frankie and Johnny. Very pleased!

I didn't enjoy the Butcher's Wife that much, but I do love the film Frankie and Johnnie. Even thought its stars could have dominated the picture, instead they were integrated into a store that is sad, sweet and compelling.

We like both movies and I was was thrilled to find them together at a very good price.

I bought the movie because I had viewed it before and liked it. As a bonus for the same low price the movie Frankie & Johnny was included.

I love this movie because it has some beautiful footage of the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. The story is cute too...a little fantasy.

I had forgotten what a wonderful movie this is. This was a good purchase. It came to me in great condition and in a swift manner.

Jeff Daniels plays a psychotherapist who has a white drum set. I'm a psychotherapist with a white drum set. Just struck me as funny. As a therapist he is way in over his head and should retire. As far as the movie goes, Demi is at her best in a softer way, the cast is good and the story just a feel good movie. Weird, I don't do movie reviews, hahaha. The subplots are good with some surprising acting / singing by Mary Steenburgen who is funny and can sing the blues. Worth watching a few times!

I've enjoyed watching The Butcher's Wife for years. It's one of those sweet movies that helps you relax and forget about the outside world.
