This is a great, adjustable sling for a rifle/shotgun that one does not want to replace the magazine cap and drill into the stock. I bought it for my son to use on a 20 gauge shotgun for turkey hunting. He uses the sling to transport the shotgun and slips it off in the blind. The front part of the sling will obstruct the sighting down the vent rib but we have low profile magnetic front and rear sights and the sling is not in the way.

Got this as a Christmas present (from my Amazon wish list). It was on the gun and fully adjusted in a matter of minutes and in the woods with me the next day. The quality is outstanding, the fit is perfect and it is ideal for my Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight. Spent most of the day in the woods and didn't suffer from the arm strain that I'm used to when driving deer.
