I do not have any experience with other tools like this so my opinion is just of this product. It is well made and works great.

StripLULA is such a thumb saver. I have a lot of stripper clips for my mags, and I've used other speed loaders that have you load one round and then move the lever to insert the cartridge into the mag. I've come to love the easy way to load using both. Either way you're picking up one round at a time and sliding or dropping it in but I think this loader just a hair faster. Some of the lever action loaders had a better way to unload the magazine, but really, that's only a side benefit for when you haven't spent the rounds down range. Loss of one star for price. The benefit of re-usability is, in my opinion, why this costs $26.00. So you're paying a convenience cost, however I didn't think the convenience was worth the extra cost.

In short: Great product, little costly. Will definitely buy a few more if I can find them cheaper.

This thing works great. If you have an AR, you NEED one of these. It's as simple as that. You won't find it any cheaper than on here. Believe me, I tried. Throw it in the gun case so you always have it with you. There is another product out there that will load 30 rounds at once. It also has a $500 price tag. Yuck. No thanks! I'll spend $25 and load 10 at a time. After buying this, several of my friends want one. It truly is an outstanding product

Tested great with my 10/20round pmags. Stripper clips load easy. Loose rounds drop smoothly into holder. Function well and small form factor is a plus. Cannot comment on durability as it is a new addition. Only supports 10rounds per cycle, but that's perfect for state of CA. I also use a Cammo Brother Mag Loader which supports up to 20 rounds per cycle, but I find the fit less polished; rounds and magazines tend to bind. The Cammo Brothers unit does not support stripper clips.

Ever since my military days and having cut fingers and hands on stripper clips I have been hesitant to use them.

This StripLULA eliminates any concerns I have about cutting my fingers and makes loading magazines a breeze so now I put all my .223/5.56 on stripper clips.

A definite must have in the range bag.

this one makes me glad because to load AR mags now is fast and easy. awesome idea - simple tool. thanks for making this.

This is the neatest little gadget I've used in quite some time. Once I got the hang of it I could reload all my 30 rnd magazines during the range breaks provided for target changeouts. No more fumbling with thumb-stroking a round at a time into a mag. If you shoot a lot then pick up one of these and get another for a buddy and you will never go back to loading mags the old way. This is a nice little stripper clip-guide loader, pretty smooth operation and you don't need to worry about chopping your hand open as you would with the metal guides.

The top lever flips over the rounds and provides a nice flat surface on which to push to seat the rounds in the magazine and there are no sharp edges anywhere. I hold the guide against my chest while loading the mag, it keeps everything steady and I can get a good solid push.

I've tried this loader on Pmag's, metal USGI, Lancer, and the new Troy battle mags; works on all without a hitch and won't tear up your plastic mags like the metal guides are prone to do. BTW, if you need good quality stripper clips and don't want to overpay, there is an online bidding site...AHEM...where you can get a bucketful for a pittance.

Works good with both loading bullets singly and on stripper clips. Works a lot better than the feeds they give you in the box with stripper clips. Very easy to use. Makes loading much faster.

I was participating in a shoot package with a limited amount of time between courses of fire, the strip lula gave me the time i needed to worry about things other than loading my mags on time (lubricating my weapon systems, filling my camel back). a common occurence with speed loaders is having your stripper clip jam in to your mag along with your rounds. That didnt happen to me once. This product isnt an absolute neccessity UNLESS you use Pmags. regular speed loaders will take a significant toll on your Pmags. the StripLULAs (like the Pmags) are made of reinforced polymer and wont rip through your pmags like speed loaders do when you load incorrectlly. Highly reccomend, Buying another as a gift.
