Simply the best 12-string guitar player in the land... And her voice is sweet and sultry and then wild and free. Caroline's style will infuse your body and soul. If you're thinking about getting this CD, just do it. It will be the best decision you've made all day.

This woman has a depth of soul and finesse that will have you wondering how she's been kept such a secret. True originiality of composition and a tremendous depth of lyricism. Dont be fooled by the DIY look of the cover---this is true grace, poetry and artistry and would there were more of it!

Butler Field is the kind of CD that makes you feel sorrow and laughter and love and healing. Caroline Aiken takes me somewhere everytime I listen to her and I only wish that more people knew of her. She deserves all that fame and fortune have to offer. I love her style. Her vocals and full and rich. Her lyrics are powerful and full of deep understanding. Her guitar playing kick's ass. Caroline is an inpsiration to women everywhere!
