Avoid this flower,
By Papilio (Great Plains) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Butterflies of West Texas Parks and Preserves (Paperback)
This is a very disappointing book. Photographs are inconsistent, ranging from excellent to poor. At least four butterflies are misidentified: the Orange Sulphur is actually a male Dogface Sulphur, the Empress Leilia is a female Hackberry Emperor, the Sheep Skipper is a Cassus Roadside Skipper, and the Bronze Roadside Skipper is a Python Skipper. That's unacceptable for a field guide, folks. Yet another example of a birdwatcher trying to be a lepidopterist.

This book was exactly the way it was discribed, in excellent condition. It was suppose to be used but I think it was brand new. Even came wrapped in plastic. I was impressed, especially since it was a Christmas gift for my step-mom. She loved it too. Thanx
