I loved this butterfly sticker collection! I used the stickers over a period of a year or two, mostly on envelopes/correspondence and on gift packages. I'm always looking for beautifully detailed stickers suitable for adult use. I'm a mother and school teacher as well as an artist myself. I am a huge fan of letter writing (now called "snail-mail"! Sticker collections such as this one add a not often found personal touch of beauty.

I purchased these stickers to use them to seal shut invitations that had a butterfly theme. The envelopes were ivory in color, and the stickers had a white border around each butterfly, so they would have looked tacky using them to seal the envelope. I ended up not using them for the intended purpose, but I am sure a child will play with them soon, so they will not go to waste.
