I have heard three recordings of this work and this, by far, is the best. Unfortunately, it is hard to find the credit for the soloist and orchestra as I bought this as an MP3. It moves along at a nice tempo, relishing the slow phrases and keeping the faster ones on their toes and lively. The sound is very well balanced and all parts can be heard without any drowning out or muddiness. Orchestra and soloist do a fine job working together. An easy recommendation.
