I just tried the Basic Buttermilk Pancake recipe this morning and according to my family they were the best pancakes they have ever tasted. The taste was a little tart, with a sweet taste and the texture was very smooth. It is one of the best recipes for pancakes I have ever made and will make this recipe our Sunday morning favorite.
