Our rich and creamy buttermilk pancake and waffle mix contains nothing artifical, no additives or preservatives, and will make about 30 large pancakes, crepes, hotcakes, or flapjacks, or 8 large Belgian-style waffles. Create a special treat by adding your favorite fruits (fresh, frozen, or dried) to the mixture prior to frying on the griddle for a flavor-packed fruit pancake. Serve with our maple syrup for the most traditional and tasty American breakfast.TIP: Several customers have told us that they use our Pancake Mix to make dumplings, as well as their own no-bake chocolate chip cookie. To make cookies, simply add chocolate chips to the mix, cook on the griddle as small pancakes, cool, and then serve as cookies. To make an oversized fried cookie cake using the same batter, pour batter into a small frying pan, filling about 1/3 full. Cook with lid on. Once top starts to bubble, flip to other side and allow to cook another minute. Serve warm or cold as an instant fried cake.
