Customer Reviews

The speed dial buttons are not large enough for him to see.

I was great while it worked...the large buttons was very useful, but it stopped working after a couple months.

I am going to get some rubber feet or pads to attach to the bottom so it will not skid off the table.

This phone is just as pictured. I got it for my elderly mom who has macular degeneration. It is great in that she can see the numbers, but the receiver cord is a regular short one that you used to see on the old phones. There should be an option for a few more dollars to select a longer receiver cord. Also, this phone is very, very lightweight and when she picks it up to answer it, it lifts off the table and sometimes falls off and then it is hanging by the receiver in her hand. I am going to get some rubber feet or pads to attach to the bottom so it will not skid off the table. I also had to pay $8.00+ for a new cord and wait for it to arrive. The phone is 'okay'. As for durability, she has only had it for a week or so, so I cannot speak to that aspect.

While this telephone looks good in the photo, but in reality, it's made of cheap plastic. It would not take much force to crack or break it. While I did not spend a lot for this telephone, I have seen other telephones in stores in the same price range that were better quality.

I bought it because it had many of the features I was looking for...big buttons, lights up while ringing, and hands-free speaker. However, I returned this item because the number buttons were too stiff...I had to press them quite firmly just right to get them to work properly.

This phone makes my life easier. The black burrons with white letters make it a lot better to see. I recommend it for people with eye sight troubles..

My husband is hearing and seeing impaired. The phone needed to have a longer receiver cord which I had to buy in addition. The speed dial buttons are not large enough for him to see. He is using it right now but I am still looking for something that I feel will keep him in touch.

We ordered this phone for a severely vision impaired family member and it's been great. The phone has some wonderful features and the delivery came quickly, as promised. I would use this vendor again.

I've bought one of these phone before. The first one lasted about a year. It tips easily when dialing. But, it's the only phone I can find that my 93 year old, blind mother can manage.
