I was very happy to receive Medical.doc, but I was disappointed in a few areas.

1. On the Introductory Card, it instructs the user to go to a web site if for new blank forms are needed. Well, it doesn't work.

2. This Medical.doc binder does not come with a CD Disc like Life.doc that has a format to complete and fill in the bvlank forms. I didn't get one.

3. The binder should have been approximately 3 inches wide for individuals that have a long exensive medical history; Don't you think?

I am a Retired Military Combat Vet with 100% disability, and a Retired Deputy Sheriff and I need a wider binder, with another set of forms and a CD Disc formatted to assist in completing the blank forms.

Please tell me how I can get another ser of blank forms and a formated CD in completing and filling in the forms.

Our family loves these. One member had a number of records and was able to organize them to take to consultations. We found them a very useful resource. They are 2 1/2 inches deep - enough for extensive records. The insurance section was very helpful.

Haven't started using this, but have checked out what it includes. It looks like it will be easy to use and a very helpful item to keep our medical information organized. Looking forward to getting into it.
