5.0 out of 5 stars This is an Exception Book; Very Good for HP-17/19 Users
I have this book along with Mr. Tirone's Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP-12C and as well his companion book for the HP-17BII, Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP-17BII. 1.0 out of 5 stars not "all that"
no idea why someone should want to pay 196.84 for one of these. it doesn't contain the mythical "lead to gold" conversion process, does it?

5.0 out of 5 stars This is an Exception Book; Very Good for HP-17/19 Users, February 14, 2005
This review is from: The Home Buyer Income Qualification Manual, 1991 Supplement - Includes Comprehensive HP 17BII and HP 19BII Routines (Paperback)
I have this book along with Mr. Tirone's Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP-12C and as well his companion book for the HP-17BII, Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP-17BII. The Home Buyer Income Qualification Manual supplement contains some truly awsome Solver-Equations that run on the HP-17BII and the HP-19BII, but not on the supposedly new HP-17BII+. On the HP-17BII+ Hewlett Packard left off the LET and Get programmingfunctions, so this truly great author's upper level equations that require LET and GET will not work on the "new" HP-17BIIPLUS (HP-17BII+) but they do work on the HP-17BII and HP-19BII.
Mr. Tirone recommended that I just get his Professional Real Estate Problem Solving books and save some money, but since his books are so incredible we felt it very cost justified to simply buy all of Mr. Tirone's HP real estate calculator books.
I would buy John's Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP-17BII before buying this book. If you feel you need a little more upper-level buyer income qualification algorithms then I'd consider his $11.95 supplement.
The wonderful equations in this book work nicely in the fine HP-17BII and the HP-19BII.
Finally, you can e-mail or call this author for no-charge support. He is really incredible, most giving of any author/instructor imaginable.
