5.0 out of 5 stars Buying a Motel, February 1, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Buying A Motel (Hardcover)
My husband and I are about to purchase our first motel. This book has been a very valuable resource to us as it guides you through the process of looking for and evaluating properties. With the knowledge gained you will have the right questions ready and an understanding of how motels are priced and sold. An excellent, easy to read book that you will turn to over and over again. Great job Bill, Lisa

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Primer Plus!, October 18, 2003
This review is from: Buying A Motel (Hardcover)
Good information and advice. Easy to read and understand. Puts you in the right mindset as you get ready to start the process of finding and evaluating a property that you can make money on! Lays out the risks you face very bluntly. Alerts to the caution you must take, but instills enough confidence by the advice and guidance given to believe that you can make the prudent business decision in buying a motel. A MUST READ for the prospective motel buyer!
