It shows you how to look and identify potential roof problems, foundation cracks, etc. This DVD will educate buyers and sellers alike in understanding what to look for or look out for when buying/selling a home. Everyone can benefit from learning to be a better consumer, and this DVD obviously provides an intricate look at how to do a better job of buying property and selling property.
