My Daughter received this book when she was close to 4 months old, and at almost 9 months it is still her favorite. She loves to touch the fuzzy bees, the bright colors and changing pictures keep her attention, and she always gets a thrill at the end when the book buzzes. I highly reccomend this book!

I ordered this book because my son loves Buzz-Buzz, Busy Bees and I thought a smaller copy might be easier to pack/transport than the big version he has.
The mini edition of Buzz-Buzz, Busy Bees features fewer bees than the full edition--I think it's five bees instead of nine. So I think some of the pages from the full edition are missing from the mini edition, although it's hard to tell because my son wouldn't give up the book long enough after it came out of the box to let me see. I did see, however, that the buzzing sound chip is NOT present in the mini edition--so it doesn't make noise when you open the final page. I'm also not sure the mini edition was put together so well as the bigger edition (although even the bigger edition doesn't respond well to having the spine bent backward)--I noticed bubbles in the insides of the covers.
I don't think the larger edition of Buzz-Buzz, Busy Bees is in print right now, though, and it's a really great book--my 1 1/2-year-old loves it and has learned lots of animal sounds from reading it. So if the mini edition is the only one you can find, I'd suggest going for it!

My daughter was rather unsure what to do with this book at first, it was startling. BUT now she loves it and wants us to read and reread it several times a day! Another book with wonderful text and bright pretty pictures.
