5.0 out of 5 stars H is for HILARIOUS December 20, 2011
By M. Cobb
Format:Paperback
C Is For Chafing showed up on my doorstep yesterday, and I couldn't wait to read it. It's a very short book (the alpahbet is sadly only 26 letters long) but very funny and entertaining. The illustrations are a great addition to the book and only made me laugh harder as I read it. I will read this over and over, until the pages likely end up worn around the edges. It's a great book for any age, and it's a lighthearted look at running. Thanks for another great book, Mark!

5.0 out of 5 stars not necessarily kid friendly November 1, 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I wish I had known this wasn't really a kid-friendly book (mostly because of the "g is for get off the road" picture of a man flipping the bird - although it's blurred out. There are also references to throwing up, pooping, and road kill (gross). Not for those with a weak stomach, but I do enjoy the book myself. My kids like the book (they don't know what the bird is!), too, but it should be said it's an adult book.

Just received my copy in the mail. The book is hilarious all around. A must for any runner (I am also sad that there are only 26 letters in the alphabet).

5.0 out of 5 stars Spreading Holiday Cheer December 19, 2011
Format:Paperback
For Christmas this year, I bought this book for all the little ones in my family, and I have to say... I am pretty bummed that I didn't think to buy one for myself! What a fun, honest and entertaining read! I recommend this book to both children and adults... especially to parents whose children are at that age when they are questioning everything! This book will give you plenty of new pieces of information that will open their eyes! I love it - and I am even more excited that I thought to get it signed for them. What a fantastic stocking stuffer!

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Awesomeness December 17, 2011
Format:Paperback
I was lucky enough to get a copy of this book as a Christmas present and it was the highlight of my day. The mixture between playful lyrics seemingly aimed at children and the more grown-up parts (like the angry truck driver flipping the bird, blurred out of course) was genius. Buy this book, you'll enjoy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Brilliant! December 16, 2011
Format:Paperback
Like any good cartoon, the material is suited to entertain adults and their children alike. After reading Remy's two previous books, I was eagerly anticipating the release of this one. My only complaint: there are only 26 letters in the English alphabet! But that'll 26 pages of witty observations and excellent illustrations.
