This vitamin E is the best I've tried. I notice a difference in my skin already and I'm not done the bottle yet. I wish it would have come with the recommended dosage as I've heard that you should take 1 pill per 40 lbs of body weight. Since I'm not sure if that's actually the case, I've been taking 2 a day and it works for me. I recently noticed my elbows were dry and cracking so I've broken up a few capsuls to put directly on my skin and in 2 days, my elbows are back to normal! My sister in law has eczema and she also breaks the capsuls and puts it directly on her hands and the eczema has gone away completely. I don't know if this will work for everyone as it's pretty sticky, so you wouldn't want to have it all over your body. Maybe I'll try the topical vitamin E when I place my next order.

We found this product by reading former neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock's newsletters. Thus far, all the products he recommends have prove to be of superior quality, including this one. He recommends taking this with a fish oil such as Carlson's. My doctor concurs.

I have ordered this product numerous times. I love Unique E. I wish they would have them at the stores. These are excellent. I wouldn't take any other vitamin E.

This Vitamin E is FANTASTIC. Now, when can we call a Vitamin good ? When it is absorbed by the body and performs the functions that it is meant to. This Vitamin does just that DELIGHTFULLY. You will see the results the VERY FIRST day. You will have glowing skin. That shows how well these are absorbed. I am extremely surprised at how well and how quickly these work, since Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin and I would expect it to build up in the body over a few days before showing any results. However, this works like painkillers - you take them and see the results in a few hours ! You must be thinking I'm crazy or a company marketing guy. Well, I'm not. Please try (if you can get some of these from someone) before you buy this and see for yourself. I highly appreciate A.C Grace company for manufacturing such an unbelievably bio available (absorbable by the body), effective and high quality vitamin.

I will never buy vitamins from Amazon again. I thought I'd be charged one shipping & handling charge. Instead I was billed shipping and handling on each item I purchased! The shipping & handling ended up being about half of the entire bill! Ridiculous!
