I like the exercise problems
The problems after every chapter are really good, you have to be smart to solve them, and it is a great pleasure. And the book is very clear.

Not the best choice.
... Some exercises assume math abilities and are hard to follow. New terms are introduced without definitions. Syntax is usually shown but without examples. Solution to exercises require knowledge of C++ not yet covered in the text. Better texts are available.
