Good product. It's cheaper than going out to a big box store to purchase. Construction of the item feels a bit flimsy. I think if you were going to be using this daily and for heavy duty applications, I would spend more money for better quality. However, for running speaker wire through walls and up 12 foot ceilings, it worked great.

I feel like it's about to break every time I reel it back in. If you need it consistently, I'd look for something slightly better made.

I have larger/longer fish tapes, but this one fits along the inside wall of my tool bag. I mostly use it to rerun lines inside single story walls. Great small tool to have in my bag.

It arrived so jammed inside that I could only pull it out a foot. Unusable, and given the nature of it being wound under tension, unfixable by the end user.

The product appeared sturdy and it functioned well on my first use. However, on the second use when I took out about four yards, it refused to go back when I reeled it back in. Now it has about two yards sticking out. There is some poor architecture inside the tape holder, making the tape roll on the outer edge so that when the outer edge is filled there is no more room for the rest of the tape to go in. I returned the item.
