This cable claims to work with Nokia phones.It claimed to work with mine in the ad. After many hours with Nokia tech support I learn this is not a "Genuine" Nokia Cable. Looks like the original. But it will not work with my phone. Returned it. Had to pay shipping and purchase one that say's Genuine. That one works fine. Save yourself some grief.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased this cable. I purchased the same cable from the same seller, but through another web site. When I plugged the USB end of the cable into my PC Windows detected a new USB controller and automatically found and installed the appropriate driver. However, when I connected the other end of the cable to my phone nothing happened. The PC does not detect the phone. I have the latest Nokia PC Suite software.

Phone was never recognized by my system, and the cable connecter broke after 2 insertions.
