Item pictured was NOT sent. Battery made house smell like sulfur after 5 hours. Almost exploded.

I chose this battery and seller because I did NOT want a generic 1250 4AH battery. I was sent a generic 4AH 1250 battery with no name, just "universal battery" on the label. No big deal I thought, if it fixes my alarm battery issue, then I'm OK. Took the battery downstairs and unplugged my old battery taking note of the positive and negative leads. The new battery is color coded and I hooked it up the same as my old battery positive to positive, negative to negative. The alarm cleared and I was happy.
Fast forward about 4.5 hours and I noticed a stink in my house. Nothing too bad but smelled like dirty diapers. We have a newborn so I thought it might be him ... it was not. Then, my teenager grabbed me and said: "Come here!" and took me to a heater vent near the living room. It smelled God awful! I ran to the basement and began smelling around. Sure enough I followed my nose to my alarm panel and took a whiff ... it smelled like the 4th level of Hell. I opened the panel and grabbed the battery. It had a bulge in the bottom center of one of the sides about the size of a quarter. I unplugged it and took it outside it smelled SO bad.
All I know is what you see in the picture is NOT what you get and this thing failed after about 5 hours and almost exploded. I've contacted Amazon to contact the seller to get me a replacement. We'll see how that goes and I'll update here.
