Recieved my BBQ Grill as a gift for my girlfriend and to my horror find out parts were missing and damaged as my she opened her gift on Christmas day. It is now sitting in a heap out in the garage! I am now looking forward to spending my holiday or whats left of it on the phone with customer service, packing it up and heading over to the post-office to send the damm thing back! I not quite sure who is too blame for the missing and damaged parts! The manufacturer or UPS...
