Having had and used previous versions of Calendar Creator, I was glad to see a new version. I bought this from office Max and when I installed on my XP computer, it corrupted a couple of files on my Calendar Creator 12.0 version. I was hoping that this new version would have updated event lists so that moon phases and holidays would be updated to correct dates. Installation went just fine, but the program would not open. Instead, i get a notification of a problem with the configuration file. I uninstalled and installed again. Same problem. Then I uninstalled again and attempted to open up my current Calender Creator 12.0 version and it was now corrupted. But, thankfully it asked for my install disc to recover a missing file. I used my 12.0 disc to recover my old program. I then called the customer service number and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up and accessed their website. I sent an inquiry listing the problem that I encountered and waited a couple of days for response. None received. I sent another inquiry and still nothing. I purchased this product on Nov 2 and to this day, Nov 24, I have not had the courtesy of a response from this company and after reading other comments regarding the bad response experienced from this company, I can say that you would be foolish to purchase this product and expect any kind of support, It is not available.

Happy with the product. I've been a Calendar Creator user since 1990. This version is as easy to use as the previous versions and accepted my database. I can find no better program for a printed calendar. Calendar Creator does it all. I especially like the feature that counts anniversaries and birthdays when you enter the original date of the event, so my calendar tells me, it's baby's 5th birthday. Then the calendar can be printed in any format desired.

I'm sorry I purchased this item. I had used an old version of Calendar Creator that did not transfer to my new computer so assumed a new version would be as useful as the old one. I have found it to be totally frustrating to use. As a church we have several functions on the same day (like Sundays and Wednesdays) and when you input several items the program automatically lowers the font size to the point of being unreadible. There is plenty of white space around the individual items, but there is no way to utilize it. So if you have more than two items for an individual day you're out of luck. This software is useless to me.
