I cannot say enough about this chair. Nothing is better after a long day at work than a relaxing massage. Although the wife is willing to every now and then, I could never ask her for a massage daily... I have had this about a year now and couldn't be happier with the product. While not quite as good as a real human massage, it still gets the kinks out and leaves you feeling relaxed. You won't regret this purchase!

When we first recieved the chair, I believe there was a mix-up regarding whether we were suppoed to receive a refurbished or new chair. The first chair we received was unacceptable. I contacted the seller and they promptly had the defective chair shipped back and a new chair was sent within the same week. The new chair is fantastic!!! Great for the shoulder blades and back. Definitely get the calf massager along with it...you won't regret it.
