Initially one of the candle's lights didn't go on at all. I thought that it was broken however I read the instructions and this apparently happens more and so I had to take it apart and fiddle with the light and now it works.

It's a great idea to have rechargeable candles just recognize that they don't light up entirely.

The instructions state to let the batteries drain fully at least once every two months. Not a big deal however I thought I'd let all potential buyers know.

I've had Candela lights for about 15 years. These are the ones that DON'T have replaceable rechargeable batteries,and they are STILL working great. I have them in my bedroom, and when the power goes out as it inevitably does in the winter, I'm awakened by the light so I can immediately call the power company, or find my way around the house. They don't hold a charge like they used to, but still for being 15 years old plus, I'm VERY impressed. I WILL be buying replacements when these finally go!

It's been 3 months since I've been using these candle subsidiaries, it's unique in-terms of usage, cost, design and lightning, while watching TV or using my computer I usually prefer to use the normal lamp for low light surroundings. But, after I obtained these candle lamps it changed even the mood of the room. It's strange I read many articles of people complaining abut this product in the web. But truly it works perfect!!!! In my opinion don't trust anything you read, some times you found a product have 2 stars but it depends on the person usage and evaluation
