Somewhere there is a battery and charger plugged into a hotel room outlet. We needed a new one and this one is more than adequate. It works great.

I was a little leery of buying this, since a competing low-price product was of really low quality and arrived broken. But, this item is well made and does what it is supposed to.

With this, I can charge my camera batteries wherever there is either a standard 120vac electrical outlet or a 12vdc (cigarette lighter) outlet. I don't need but one cord because the unit has a fold-out 120vac outlet built in.

As a bonus, there is a USB outlet provided to charge phones, tablets, etc..

Why couldn't Canon provide this much flexibility with their OEM chargers?

I needed to replace my Canon battery charger, and found this one on Amazon. It works perfectly, and what's even better, is it's smaller then original charger, and has a car adapter.

I am extremely happy with this purchase, and the price couldn't have been more reasonable.

While the package for a moment made me think that this was a EUROPEAN replacement only, I was pleasantly surprised that it included European hardware in addition to that usable in the US. I am very pleased with its performance for the past 6o or so days.

i take a lot of photos when i go surfing, with this charger im able to take the best photos i ever took, gives a long live to my battery because i can charge my battery on my way to the beach it has a adapter for your car, great!
