A must have for your home office,

Canon is one of the reputable companies in copier business. This product is compact, very reliable, and easy to operate. It's good for home office. The contrast adjustment button allows you to optimize the output copies. The starter toner cartridge yields about 1000 copies. Cost of copy less than 5 cents each.

Good machine, but PC170 is cheaper,

A friend of mine has the PC160 and he's quite happy with it. Toner cartridge can be expensive, though, so if you make a lot of copies, you might as well go to a professional copy shop. But for the small business owner who occasionally makes copies, this is an affordable copier.
You should be aware that the newer model PC170 is almost $50 cheaper on Amazon than this older model, so I suggest getting the PC170 instead.

THis copier just copies...it does not fax, or scan or connect to a computer. I couldn't find one in a store locally so I was very happy to find it on amazon and have it shipped so quickly.

Very good copier for under $100. Copies are decent. Copy speed is slow but reasonable. This is simply a cheap copier that gets the job done.

I was thrilled to receive this copier the very next day after I ordered it. I needed it for business reasons and was expecting to wait a few days for it to be delivered. The quality of this copier is excellent. Thank you for such good service.

Great Little Copier,

I've had this copier for a couple of years. It has ALWAYS worked beautifully! Not a single problem with it, or with the earlier model I used for a number of years (which my ex now has).
It's simple, easy to use, and the cartidges are easy to replace. It's not super fast, but it is inexpensive and reliable. Combining the cost of toner (around $90 for 2000 copies) and paper, copies run just about 5 cents per page. The platten--the glass that you put the original on--moves, so you can't really copy big items like books that need to be held in place. The tradeoff there is that it is easily (and quickly) portable, as well as considerably less expensive than fixed platten models.

With my first copy attempt the paper jammed, then I tried again and jammed. Seems like it cant pull the paper correctly and the paper crimples and jams. Also the print quality was like I had run out of toner. This was on my first try and second. Even when I placed it at maximum darness it copy came out crimpled bc of poor feed mechanism and very light as if I had no toner. The other thing I didnt like is that it requires more space the unit moves to photo copy unlike other copiers where you place a paper and the inside of the machine scans. Not with this the machine moves to copy so you need a larger space than the size of the machine.
I wasnt looking for a copier to make tons of copies but I couldn't even get first two copies bc it crumples the paper.
