I have used these stain removers for years and cannot imagine living without them. Just this morning I noticed that I got a spot on my brand new white golf shirt. I put on the oil spot cleaner and it took out much of the stain, but there was a bit of stain left. I looked at the can of sardines (which was the item which caused the stain when a drop flicked off of it when I opened it) and I noticed it was it was mustard infused oil. So, I grabbed the mustard Carbona cleaner and I got the remainder of the spot out. Then, I couldn't believe that in the process of cleaning the spot, I got a new stain on it from the mascara on my finger. So, I pulled out the makeup remover and took out those two black spots also! I saved a $60 worn-only-once golf shirt which would have otherwise been thrown out.
Using the right cleaner for the type of strain is the key to getting the stain out and I don't know of any other set of products that work so perfectly. I have friends that give a set as gifts to children when they move into their first apartments. My sister gave it to me as a gift. I couldn't be happier with a household product.
These cleaners do an amazing job. I have four kids and they get every kind of stain imaginable on their clothes. I love how you use the stain remover that is specifically for the stain that you have. If you follow the directions, these will get everything out! Highly recommend!
I SWEAR by every one of these stain removers. I bought them at the local grocery until they stopped carrying them. But alas, cheaper on Amazon even with the shipping. I always keep extra. I've never met a stain that these could not conquer!
These work! Saves your clothes. Saves you from buying a multitude of products. The only problem is that they put the instruction on top of the itemized list on the back, and it tends to peel off over time. I am trying to find the instructions for each on line so I can just print them and keep it in my laundry room. But anyway, these stain removers are the best!
Carbona has 9 item specific treatments. You have to figure out which stain is on which clothing item, find the specific bottle and follow its instructions. I previously used the ketchup stain removal which was a gel. Recently I used the tea stain removal treatement which is a powder that gets dissolved in hot water. Both worked wonders. Pays for itself in 1-2 uses. Bottles appear small but are concentrated and should get multiple uses per bottle.
These are great! Where I live, there are only a few available at one of the grocery stores, so this kit is perfect! I keep them all on hand which is handy with a newborn, a four year old and an outdoors husband! Really, everyone should have these on hand!
