* Bluetooth Car Kit (HB01)
* Bluetooth Car Kit Base (Mounting disc)
* Adapter with Dual USB power port
* User Manual
The accessories for this include a Dual USB power port and a mounting disc. The dual power port is 2 x 1 inches, and like the HB01, comes in a unifying color with a 5V/2A and 5V/1A USB port. The USB ports are colored blue, which would usually indicate that the port would be USB 3.0 compatible, but that wouldn't make much sense, since this device already outputs higher than a USB 3.0 port and only charges (doesn't transfer data). Although this adapter isn't absolutely necessary, it is very convenient to have, as most similar adapters cost $10-$15, and gives functionality to the device for older vehicles without built-in USB ports. This also includes a 1.5 x 1.5 inch mounting disc, with a magnetic top, a 3M sticky bottom for mounting, and at the edges the plastic is thicker to avoid the HB01 from falling. The magnet has a very strong pull, which should assure you that there is no reason why the HB01 should fall from the mount. Overall, the magnetic mount is a very nice touch to this device, as most Bluetooth adapters wouldn't come with a mounting kit, which could potentially damage the device. Himbox thought of everything when making a car kit.

So far I am very happy with this. I have found that you need to make sure you are speaking directly at the microphone, within a couple of feet from it, or you will not be heard clearly. The Bluetooth is great and connects automatically when I get in my car. Should anything go wrong, I'll be sure to update this review.
With this car kit, I can now hear incoming callers crystal clear over my car speakers, instead of my cellphone's speaker. This device also allows me to take or reject a call with the push of a single button. That means less fumbling around to take a call, resulting in safer driving.
In my video review, I give a closer look and explain how it works. It's relatively painless, but first make sure your car has an Aux port for the 3.5mm audio cable, because you'll need that for this device to function properly.
Also, make sure you install the magnetic base on a flat surface. You'll also want to mount it in the general direction you will be speaking, no more than 3 feet away, to get the most from the internal Microphone, sounding more clear to your callers. At first, I was worried about echoing or extra noise to incoming callers, but this has built-in echo and noise cancelling technology.
Overall, I like just about everything about it. Including the ability to take a "Private" call by disabling the hands-free mode easily. I also like that we can pair 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
I received a product sample to test and evaluate.
The kinivo 450 was great for almost a year but the audio quality was lacking. I tried the 455 but it came dead on arrival. The mpow is the absolute worst of all read my review here http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/review/B00KR14QR0/R34RET9P8K5B0M?
Onto the himbox. First the blue glow isn't too bright. Huge for me since the mpow. Second the audio quality is great both for music and call quality. Microphone response is best when speaking directly at it so try to place somewhat in front of you on your dash.
For iPhone users complaining about bad quality: turn the volume up on the iPhone when connected! It defaults to 10% of the max. Turn it up and you will improve the signal to noise ratio and it will sound awesome. Then make a call and adjust that volume to the max. Then you can go back to music and tweak until they are the same. Then you can switch between calls and music without touching the volume.
I did decide to buy a ground isolator to get rid of some noise I had when my car we set to aux but not listening to music (waiting for a call). This seemed to fix the issue. I think they should include one with the product but it's a worthwhile investment.
Feel free to comment on this if you have any questions. I should also mention I have zero affiliation with this company, I am just an audio engineer who is extremely picky about my car audio setup. Hope this helps!
