This was a used CD that I bought for my Mom so she could play spider solitaire on her laptop. Great price and I received it three days after ordering.

If you like solitaire, this cd is a must especially for this price. It only took 90 seconds to set-up, despite the other reviewers claim. Great color, fast card action, detailed rules, double scorpion and double spiderette.......High scores.........You sure can clean out the cobwebs with this one.

This game will not work on my In-Laws Windows 2000 computer. If you win the game or quit, the mouse cursor arrow disappears so you have to Control/Alt/Delete out of the program. As usual, Amazon refunded all my money PLUS shipping with no problems at all. Love Amazon, hate software.

The program does not work on Windows Vista. I had to give the program away to a friend with an older version of Windows. It works just fine for her. I am disappointed that it has not been updated for all versions of Windows. I guess that I did not read the fine print.

This is a great collection of games but the spider could be improved by letting you start the game over again after completion so that home compeition could be done - such as the spider game in the microsoft program.

Not sure what the gig is on this game. I've tried to load it on 4 different computers (2-PC's, 1-Laptop, 1-Netbook), and it locks them all up. After finally getting a non-silica information source on the phone, I was told there must be a formatting error, and to get my computer repaired.
Now that I think of it, I believe this CD is currently fighting gravity, in my apple tree, convincing birds to alight elsewhere. So I guess it does work, to a certain extent, even if not for the purpose it was originally intended.

Spider solitaire is a great game. There are several other solitaire games besides the orginal spider solitare that are very challenging. Spider solitaire works with windows 7 with no problems. My hubby was upset that his new HP computer didn't have spider solitaire among the many games. He loves to play spider solitaire and plays several games every night.

The product did not work on either of the computers for which it was bought. I have Windows Vista and a Windows 98. Perhaps I misread the description or I got a lemon of a purchase. Either way it is my loss because I will not go to the trouble to mail back this item. I will continue to buy books from Amazon, but doubt that I purchase items such as this game again. I will go to Walmart where I can walk in and return it conveniently if it does not work.

There are several versions of the spider-type of solitaire on this disk. It loads easily and retains scores. It fills the screen and does not have a "minimize" option so you must quit a game if you need to use your computer in other ways. There are no hints in this version.

This CD did not work properly from the outset. I contacted the seller who said they did not accept returns.
