Have been using these dishes for about 6 months and just ordered a second batch. They hold up well, don't chip and don't break easily. They do scratch easily however. Fortunately, we are mostly vegetarian so rarely need a knife to cut our food which keeps the scratches barely visible, so far.

I purchased these when i was getting my own place. They are amazing! I love heavy plates and these feel just right! I eat a lot of meat and have not noticed any scratches or marks from my sharp knives! These plates are holding up well!

They were packed like a brick in the shipping box! No problems there at all!

I plan on ordering another set soon!

I bought these to match a DOMO set I got for Christmas. The color match was perfect.
I don't notice any scratches like the other reviewer said, but I did chip two of them while washing.
The base is wide enough so that when you press down with a fork (as in cutting something) the dish does not do a flip on you.
I like the red/black contrast of the colors.
We will see how long they last.

I just bought this set and I love it. Very chic looking and designed very well. The mugs are the perfect size for coffee. Mugs in other sets were way too small. The bowls could have been a little bigger but everything elese is perfect.

The color looks like a deep red - they are more like a brown with a hint of red.
