About the Author

Jeremy Cioara, CCIE, has worked in network technologies for over 12 years. He has numerous certifications, including CCIE, MCSE, and CNE. He is currently a technical instructor and author on several Cisco topics.

Chris Ward, CCNP, CCDP, is a senior technical instructor for KnowledgeNet, Inc., teaching a variety of disciplines, Cisco among them. He holds certifications in A+, Net+, iNet+, Microsoft MCSE 2000, and CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CWLDS (Wireless LAN Design Specialist), and is a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI). Chris has co-authored, contributed, and technical edited on several books.

I bought this book for last minute prep for my exam and I found
out it is nothing like the real exam, It doesn't really give you a feel for the real exam,There are other exam preps material out there that gives you more of a feel for the real exam than this book.

I have taken the CCNA test before and passed it. I can say that if you can pass this Exam Cram, you'll probably do great on the real thing.

People tend to be unforgiving of technical errors in materials that are purchased for certification. It's just careless work. The book is an excellent source for test questions. The material on the cd has errors which are irritating when you find them.
